• Buyers are generally not entitled to cancel an order once placed.
• Cancellations are allowed within 5 minutes of placing the order.
• DailyNatural reserves the right to deny a refund, even within one minute, based on the buyer's previous cancellation history.
• If a buyer cancels an order after one minute, DailyNatural may collect a penalty of 100% of the order amount.
• DailyNatural also reserves the right to collect a penalty for orders canceled by DailyNatural for reasons not attributable to DailyNatural.

2. Partner Vendor Policies

This cancellation policy is subject to the individual policies of our partner vendors. Buyers are encouraged to review the specific cancellation terms provided by the respective vendors.

3. Unavailability of Items

In the event of item unavailability:

• DailyNatural will contact the buyer, who is entitled to cancel the entire order.
• A refund of up to 100% of the order value will be provided.

4. Account Suspension

DailyNatural may suspend an account based on the buyer's cancellation history, at the sole discretion of DailyNatural.
